GruelThis was a very interesting story of the Dandie Dinmont dogs. I never heard about them before and was very surprised about their history. If it's all true it was a great mystery and written very well by this author. The Case of course had so many twist and turns and I enjoyed it. Again there is always an ending and I wanted more, so I ordered more books from this author.

The main characters are pretty predictable but the story was good with a couple of unexpected twists at the end.
I've been enjoying the entire series by B.R. Snow. Being a dog person the involvement of the dogs is fun to read. The main characters personalities are interesting. Just light entertainment with a little mystery.
This was the third book I read in the series and I love all books about dogs, especially people who care about dogs. But how can they, the two shelter manager and the vet, care for 47 dogs? happy story, good read.
As I owned a Dandie, I enjoy reading anything about them. Wonderful dogs. Very loving and affection. Book was very good.
To me this was the best of the series because it gave such fantastic history of the dog breed featured. The other books should have done the same. Intriguing information.
Mr. Snow has a habit of using a period where a comma should go. He cuts off a sentence. A wrong character name was used. The February story line timing did not connect. It's very distracting to find grammar errors. I proofread and beta read. If the author would like to correct his work I am willing to help.
Being a dandie breeder for over 40 years and enjoy reading mysteries I found some errors in the dandie facts, and the story wasn't an easy read to follow. It needs a better editor.
